Hari joined us for our event 'An Evening of Flavour' in October and created some delicious desserts for our guests, here's one of them for you to try at home.
1 dried red chilli (plus a pinch of chilli flakes for more heat)
285ml single cream
200g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids)
2 egg yolks
50ml brandy
20g butter, softened
Icing sugar (for dusting)
